Natasha Fleming

Founder & CEO
(she/her)

With over 20 years of experience in disability swimming, Natasha Fleming is a passionate advocate for inclusivity and wellbeing. Her journey began as a volunteer at Pimlico Puffins, a disability swimming club in Victoria, where she later led the club for a decade. Driven to make a broader impact, Natasha, along with fellow volunteer Dan, founded WeSwim, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of disabled Londoners through swimming.

Her connection to the disability community is strengthened by her professional experience at Guide Dogs, where she held roles in operations and project management, and as a senior policy officer for the Mayor of London, gaining deep insights into diverse communities. Through WeSwim, Natasha continues to champion accessibility and create meaningful opportunities for connection and growth.

Natasha loves being active and learning about local nature. You can often find her out with her family on long bike rides, foraging for mushrooms, and feeding the birds.

Favourite place to swim: lake Millstadt in Austria
