Rosie has been at WeSwim since September 2024. With 15 years experience in charity and social enterprise growth and managment she works to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and our Clubs. Rosie is passionate about making services and communities more accessible and inclusive.
Rosie is an experienced leader, facilitator & coach. She has led teams, supporting leadership, design and innovation at Nesta, the Design Council and as Director of Operations at Tempo Time Credits. She is a trained coach, holds an MSc in international development, and a BSc in psychology. She is a trustee for CWL Mind.
Rosie also loves cake (perhaps a little too much), reading, and being out-and-about on two feet or two wheels with her family.
